Scuba Diving from Kiriş

Kiriş is the quiet neighbour of Kemer — a small resort bay tucked between the pine-covered slopes of the Taurus mountains and a curve of pebble beach, just a few minutes down the coast from Kemer's harbour. Most of the bay is taken up by a handful of large resort hotels, which makes it a calm, self-contained base for a holiday — and it happens to sit right beside the clearest-water diving cluster on the whole Antalya coastline.

Diving from Kiriş is refreshingly simple. Our full-day Kemer scuba diving trip (€43, around 8 hours) includes free two-way transfer from Kiriş hotels: a minibus collects you at your reception in the morning — the exact time is confirmed the evening before — and it is only a short drive to the boat in Kemer. On board you get a full safety briefing, all equipment, two guided dives with PADI-certified instructors, a fresh lunch, and passenger and diving insurance, before being dropped back at your hotel at the end of the day.

The sea off Kemer is famously the clearest on this coast, and the dive sites live up to it: rocky reefs busy with Mediterranean fish, octopus hiding among the boulders, and dramatic rock formations. The first dive of the day stays at a gentle 5–8 metres for 15–25 minutes; after lunch the second dive goes to 12–13 metres. Certified divers who want more — the MS Paris II wreck or the DO-28 aircraft near Kemer — can arrange a dedicated deep day on request through our contact page.

You do not need a licence or any experience: every dive is guided from start to finish, and complete beginners are the rule rather than the exception on this boat. Friends or family who prefer to stay dry can join as boat guests at a reduced rate. Is hotel pickup from Kiriş really free — and when does it come?+

Yes. Free two-way transfer from all Kiriş hotels is included in the €43 price. Pickup is in the morning from your hotel reception; we confirm the exact time the evening before, once the day's route is finalised. After the trip you are driven straight back to your hotel.

I have never dived before. Can I join from Kiriş?+

Absolutely — no licence or experience is needed. You get a full safety briefing, all equipment and a PADI-certified instructor by your side on both dives, which stay at try-dive depths (5–8 m in the morning, 12–13 m in the afternoon). Note the standard health rules: diving is not possible when pregnant or with serious heart, asthma or respiratory conditions, and you should not fly within 24 hours after diving.

Can certified divers dive the Paris II wreck from Kiriş?+

Not on the standard trip — our regular boat days are try-dive format with a maximum depth of 12–13 metres. Dedicated days for certified divers, including the MS Paris II freighter and the DO-28 aircraft wreck near Kemer, are arranged on request; contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page for options and pricing.

What exactly is included in the €43, and when do I pay?+
