No. Every trip is designed for complete beginners: you get a full safety briefing, an instructor guides you throughout, and the first dive stays at an easy 5–8 metres for 15–25 minutes. Try-dives are possible from around age 10. Diving is not possible if you are pregnant or have severe asthma, a heart condition or respiratory problems.
