The straight answer first: a discover scuba day with Side Diving · Atalay Hoba costs between €43 and €50 per person, depending on where you sail from. Kumköy (€43, six hours) and the eight-hour Kemer and Alanya days (€43 each) are the most affordable way in; our flagship Underwater Museum day from Side, diving among sunken sculptures, is €45 for seven hours; and the Antalya trip — reefs, caves and shoals of fish — is €50 for a full eight-hour day. That one number is the whole bill: no equipment rental added at the boat, no transfer surcharge, no separate lunch tab.
What makes the price worth a closer look is what it buys. Around the Mediterranean, a try dive is often sold as exactly that — one dive, priced per descent, with transport, meals or parts of the equipment sometimes arranged and charged separately. Our discover scuba format is a different thing: every trip is a complete boat day with two guided dives — a gentle morning dive at 5–8 metres for 15–25 minutes while you find your breathing, then an afternoon dive to 12–13 metres once you have relaxed into it. Tank, regulator, wetsuit, mask and fins, free two-way hotel transfer with a morning pickup, a fresh lunch cooked on board, passenger and diving insurance and a full safety briefing all sit inside the same €43–50. No licence is needed, and try-dives start from around age 10.

Yes — the price is per person, not per experience level. Beginners dive with no licence after a full safety briefing, with small groups of 3–4 divers per instructor on the flagship Side trip, and try-dives start from around age 10. Certified divers pay the same and get their logbook signed and stamped on board. For safety, diving is not possible when pregnant or with severe asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, and you should not fly within 24 hours after diving.
A single dive can look cheaper at first glance, but that price rarely tells the whole story once transport, equipment and food are counted separately. Our format bundles two guided dives — 5–8 metres in the morning, 12–13 metres in the afternoon — with all equipment, hotel transfer, lunch and insurance into one €43–50 price, so the second dive and the entire boat day come at no extra cost.
