Scuba Diving from Kızılot

Kızılot occupies a quiet stretch of the Manavgat coastline, about half an hour east of Side's ancient harbour. People pick it on purpose: a long, uncrowded beach, easy-going resort hotels right on the water, and farmland and greenhouses rolling inland where other resorts have busy promenades. Days follow a gentle rhythm of swimming, long breakfasts and evening walks along the shore — which makes it the ideal base for one genuinely memorable day spent under the Mediterranean rather than beside it.

The dive day could hardly be easier. In the morning we pick you up from your hotel in Kızılot — the two-way transfer is free and included. You board our dive boat in Side, complete a full safety briefing, and make your first guided dive at a relaxed 5–8 metres for 15 to 25 minutes, the perfect depth to settle your breathing and get comfortable. Back on deck, a fresh lunch is served on board; in the afternoon the second dive takes you down to about 13 metres, the ceiling for beginners. Tank, regulator, wetsuit, mask and fins are all supplied, and passenger and diving insurance are part of the package. Around seven hours after you set off, we drop you back at your hotel. Certified divers dive the real profiles from the same boats: around 30 metres on standard certified dives, and down to 60 metres on the deep sites for suitably qualified divers.
