In Side you can buy the very same boat dive trip in at least four places: from your hotel rep at the welcome meeting, from a seller on the beach promenade, on a big online travel marketplace — or directly from the dive centre that actually owns the boat and employs the instructors. The trip itself does not change; what changes is how many hands your money passes through. Every reseller in the chain works on commission, and that commission has to come out of the same trip: it is either added on top of the base price or carved out of the budget that would otherwise go into the product. Just as important, a middleman sells twenty different excursions and usually cannot answer the questions that actually matter in diving — depths, health restrictions, group sizes, what a dive day really looks like.
Booking direct with a real dive operation keeps things simple. The prices in the live table below are our own direct prices for all five full-day boat trips — from the flagship Side Underwater Museum trip to Kemer, Antalya, Alanya and Kumköy. Every trip includes two guided dives with an instructor, all equipment, free two-way hotel transfer, a fresh lunch on board, and passenger and diving insurance. You reserve free online, pay on the day, and can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before — so there is no prepayment risk at all.

Usually yes. Hotel reps, beach sellers and online marketplaces all work on commission, and those margins stack on the same trip. When you book direct there is no reseller layer: the price in our table is the operator's own price, and it already includes both dives, equipment, hotel transfer, lunch and insurance.
No. You reserve free of charge online, pay on the day of the trip, and can cancel free up to 24 hours before departure. This also removes the usual online-prepayment risk of booking through a third party.
Yes. All five boat trips are beginner-friendly and need no licence: two guided dives, with beginners going no deeper than about 13 metres beside an instructor while certified divers dive the real profiles from the same boats — around 30 metres, and down to 60 metres on the deep sites when suitably qualified. Groups stay small (3–4 divers per instructor on our Underwater Museum trip) and every day starts with a full safety briefing. Non-divers can join the boat at a reduced visitor rate.
Pickup is in the morning; the exact time is confirmed the evening before. Diving has real medical rules: no diving when pregnant or with severe asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, and no flying within 24 hours after your dives. A dive centre clarifies these points before you book — a reseller usually cannot.
