Diving Near Me — Find Your Nearest Dive Boat on the Antalya Coast

If you have searched for diving near me while on holiday between Kemer and Gazipaşa, the honest answer is that your nearest dive boat is decided by one thing: which hotel you wake up in. Side Diving — the dive house of Atalay Hoba in Side — runs five full-day boat trips along this coast, and we collect divers from 34 resort towns with a free two-way hotel transfer. This page is the map: find your town, see which boat serves it, and book the closest departure instead of the loudest advert.

Wherever you join us, the day is the same all-inclusive package. Two guided dives — a relaxed morning dive at 5–8 metres lasting 15–25 minutes, then an afternoon dive down to 12–13 metres — plus all equipment, a fresh lunch cooked on board, passenger and diving insurance, a full safety briefing, and free transfer both ways. Beginners need no licence and no experience; try-dives start from around age 10. Non-divers and snorkelers are welcome as boat visitors at a reduced rate, so nobody in the family has to stay behind. Groups stay small at three to four divers per instructor, and we sign your logbook after the dives.

Prices run from €43 to €50 depending on the boat — the full breakdown is on our prices page, and every pickup town has its own page in the diving from hub. Reserve free online, pay on the day of the trip, and cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Pickup is in the morning; the exact time is confirmed the evening before, once the route for your day is set.

1. Side & Manavgat — The Shortest Transfer on the Coast

The nearest dive departure to Side, Kumköy and Manavgat is the Side Underwater Museum boat — €45 for a seven-hour day above roughly 110 sunken sculptures resting at about 12 metres. If you are staying in this band, your transfer is measured in minutes rather than hours, and you are diving the site guests travel down the whole coast to see: a submerged sculpture park where figures stand in the blue while the resident fish come close enough to hand-feed. Read the site profile on the Side Underwater Museum page.

Want a shorter day or a first, gentle taste of scuba? The Kumköy boat costs €43 and runs six hours — the same two guided dives, lunch, gear, transfer and insurance, home a little earlier. Both boats take complete beginners and certified divers on the same trip, because the guides split the group by experience rather than making everyone dive the same way. What this stretch of coast costs, in detail, is set out on the Side diving price page.

Free hotel pickup for this cluster: Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Kızılağaç, Kızılot, Titreyengöl, Sorgun and Manavgat.

2. The Belek Band — Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye

The nearest dive departure to Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye is the Side boat, a short drive east along the coast road — either the Side Underwater Museum trip at €45 or the shorter Kumköy trip at €43. The golf coast sits between two harbours, which is exactly why it is worth asking before you assume.

Here is the honest part: Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye are not on a fixed daily pickup route the way Side and Kumköy are. Transfer from these three is arranged on request. Send us your hotel name and your dates through the contact page or WhatsApp, and we will confirm whether we can collect you on the day you want before you commit to anything. Since you reserve free online and pay on the day, nothing is at stake while we check.

When it works — and for most dates it does — you get the identical package: two guided dives at 5–8 and 12–13 metres, all equipment, lunch cooked on board, passenger and diving insurance, and the drive home afterwards. Guests from the Belek resorts are often first-timers who booked their week around golf and beach; no licence is needed, and non-diving partners can ride along as boat visitors at a reduced rate. Pickup pages: Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye.

3. Antalya Bay — Antalya, Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı

The nearest dive departure to Lara is the Antalya boat — €50 for an eight-hour day among reefs, caves and shoals of fish, and the same is true for Kundu, Konyaaltı and the city itself. You are collected from your hotel door, driven to the Antalya harbour rather than halfway down the coast, and on the water while the bay is still calm.

This is the most varied of our five programmes and the reason it costs a little more: the morning dive at 5–8 metres eases you into the water for 15–25 minutes, then the afternoon dive at 12–13 metres takes you along reef walls and cave mouths that the Antalya shoreline is built on. Everything is included — gear, lunch on board, insurance, briefing, transfer both ways — and beginners dive it as comfortably as certified guests. More on this stretch: best scuba diving in Antalya.

One coast-wide note that belongs here, because Antalya bay guests ask it most: the sea runs from around 17 °C in winter to roughly 28–29 °C in late summer, and visibility is generally at its best in late spring to early summer and again in autumn. We publish no seasonal calendar of our own — boats run when conditions and demand allow, so message us for current availability rather than trusting a chart. Pickup pages: Antalya, Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı.

4. Kemer — The Clearest Water on This Coast

The nearest dive departure to Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova is the Kemer boat — €43 for an eight-hour day with PADI-certified instructors and, plainly put, the clearest water on this coast. Where the Taurus mountains drop straight into the sea, the shoreline is rock rather than sand, and rock means clean blue water instead of stirred-up sediment.

The dive day follows the usual shape — a 15–25 minute morning dive at 5–8 metres, lunch cooked on board while the boat repositions, then an afternoon dive at 12–13 metres — but the scenery is unmistakably Kemer: stacked rock, sudden drop-offs and swim-throughs. Two of the sites have their own pages: Three Islands and the Lighthouse, where a tunnel at around nine metres is the kind of passage new divers remember for years. Gear, insurance, briefing and the free two-way hotel transfer are all in the price; see best diving in Kemer for the fuller picture and Kemer diving prices for the numbers.

Free hotel pickup: Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova.

5. Alanya to Gazipaşa — Caves, Castle and Amphorae

The nearest dive departure to Alanya, Avsallar, Konaklı and the resorts around them is the Alanya boat — €43 for an eight-hour day among caves and rocky reefs in the Cleopatra Beach waters, with Alanya Castle standing above you on its headland as you sail out. It is the most theatrical departure of the five, and one of the cheapest.

Underwater, this coast is honeycombed. The cave systems are the signature — see Alanya underwater caves — and the Amphora site puts a piece of the region's trading past on the seabed. These caves also belong to the Mediterranean monk seal's heritage on this coast; that is history and habitat, not a promise, and no honest operator will guarantee you a sighting of anything that swims. The dive profile is the standard one — 5–8 metres in the morning, 12–13 metres in the afternoon — with gear, lunch, insurance and transfer included. Pickup pages: Alanya, Avsallar, Okurcalar, Türkler, Konaklı, İncekum, Oba, Tosmur and Kestel. From Mahmutlar and Gazipaşa, at the far eastern end of the run, pickup is arranged on request — ask us with your dates and we will tell you straight away whether it works.

FAQ

Which dive trip is actually nearest to my hotel?+

It depends on your resort. From Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Kızılağaç, Kızılot, Titreyengöl, Sorgun and Manavgat the nearest boats are the Side Underwater Museum trip (€45) and the Kumköy trip (€43). Belek, Boğazkent and Kadriye are served by the Side boats with transfer on request. Antalya, Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı use the Antalya boat (€50). Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova use the Kemer boat (€43). Alanya, Avsallar, Okurcalar, Türkler, Konaklı, İncekum, Oba, Tosmur and Kestel use the Alanya boat (€43), with Mahmutlar and Gazipaşa on request.

Is hotel pickup really free, and what time will you collect me?+

Yes — the two-way hotel transfer is included in the price from every town listed on this page, with the honest exception of Belek, Boğazkent, Kadriye, Mahmutlar and Gazipaşa, where we arrange the drive on request. Pickup is in the morning, and we confirm the exact time the evening before once the day's route is fixed. We deliberately do not print clock times on the website: your hotel's position in the route decides them, and a number invented in advance would only be wrong.

Can I dive if I have never dived before — and can my partner come without diving?+

Yes to both. No licence and no experience are needed for the standard trips: your instructor briefs you fully and stays with you, with only three to four divers per guide. Try-dives are possible from around age 10. Non-divers and snorkelers come along as boat visitors at a reduced rate and share the same lunch and the same day at sea. For safety reasons we cannot take you diving if you are pregnant or have severe asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, and you must not fly within 24 hours after a dive.

What does it cost, when do I pay, and can I dive the wrecks?+

Trips run from €43 to €50 all-inclusive, and the full list is on our prices page. You reserve free online, pay on the day of the trip, and can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. The deeper sites — the Paris II wreck at 21–31 metres and the DO-28 aircraft at 19.5–23.3 metres — are for certified divers only and are arranged on request, never sold as a standard trip. Certified guests can also have their logbooks signed, and CMAS courses are available on request.
